Ambition is working closely with a leading Corporate Finance Boutique in London to recruit an Executive in their Corporate Finance division focusing on Transaction Services (TS) and Financial Due Diligence.

The team focuses on mid-market transactions andis sector agnostic.

This is a great opportunity to build a career in Corporate Finance and that will give you the chance to grow in a fast paced environment.


Desired Skills

  • ACA/ACCA/CFA Qualified
  • Prior Demonstratable TS/Due Diligence Experience, however not essential
  • Strong Commercial Awareness
  • Business Reporting Skills
  • Excellent Communication Skills
  • Ability to Meet Deadlines
  • Comprehensive MS Office Skills
  • Team Player

Responsibilities

  • Work on the preparation of due diligence reports
  • Prepare fee estimates, proposals, budgets for client assignments
  • Attend and meetings relevant to projects/transactions
