Our client a leading financial services provider based in stunning offices on the heart of the West End is looking for a Sales Administrator to join their team.
As a Sales Administrators you will support the Sales team;Update and maintain Salesforce CRM system to ensure it is always up to date ensuring the information is correct, with correct contact details, updating any undeliverables as appropriate
Pull data from salesforce for reporting
Identify leads and opportunities for sales team from research on existing accounts on Salesforce
Manage client correspondence and any request for information from clients
Conduct various administrative checks on new sales
Generate client contracts, obtaining signatures and liaising with legal team on any amendments
Assisting the sales team with any administrative duties
