Description
Collating purchase orders, delivery notes and invoices- Checking all goods received and prices charged
- Reconciling supplier statements
- Liaising with suppliers to resolve any discrepancies
- Maintaining the Purchase Ledger for month end closure using Sage 200 software
- General office duties including answering the telephone and greeting customers visiting our showroom
Essential Requirements:
- Previous purchase ledger experience
- Excellent communication skills on the telephone and in person
- Reliability
- Ability to work as part of a team
Hours:
- 8.30 to 5 4 days a week to include Fridays
Job Type:
Temp to perm
Contract length: 6 months
Salary:
£17,500.00-£19,500.00 per year
