About the Role:

MotorScrubber is on the lookout for a creative and driven Junior Graphic Designer to join our dynamic marketing team.

As a Junior Graphic Designer, you will play a crucial role in visually communicating our brand's innovative spirit, quality, and industry leadership to a global audience.

You'll have the opportunity to collaborate with a diverse team of professionals and contribute to the visual storytelling of our brand.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with senior designers and the marketing team to create engaging visual assets that align with our brand identity.
Assist in developing visually appealing product packaging and promotional materials.
Contribute fresh and creative ideas during brainstorming and design concept discussions.
Work with crossfunctional teams to understand project requirements and objectives.
Ensure all designs are in line with the brand guidelines and maintain a consistent visual style.
Incorporate feedback from team members and stakeholders to refine designs.

Qualifications:

A strong portfolio showcasing your creativity, design skills, and attention to detail.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
Basic understanding of design principles, layout, typography, and colour theory.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fastpaced environment.
Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
A passion for staying updated with design trends and industry best practices.

Preferred Qualifications:

Relevant degree or coursework in Graphic Design or a related field.
Experience in designing for preprint production and digital platforms such as websites and social media.
Familiarity with motion graphics and video editing.
Understanding of usercentered design principles.
