Description

Due to demand we are looking for individuals to join the Pitman Training Bristol team of Invigilators. This is a zero hour position and we are looking for individuals who are available on an ongoing basis. The hours will be flexible, however we do need individuals to work Mondays and Saturdays.

You must be able to provide

5 year UK address history

2 forms of ID

Proof of NI

2 references

Duties:

Undertaking identification and security checks
Invigilation of exams
Ensuring equipment and workstations are properly set up
Resolving technical issues with support from IT departments
General housekeeping of the centre

Key Skills and Experience:

IT Literate
Experience of working in a customer facing role
Outstanding communication and customer service skills
Proactive approach to work and the ability to deal with difficult situations
