About the role

We're excited to be looking for an End Point Assessment (EPA) Customer Support Apperentice to join our End Point Assessment Team.


The purpose of End Point Assessment team is to deliver positive, fair and rigorous End Point Assessments to apprentices across England whilst upholding compliance with regulatory requirements.


The NCFE EPA team is responsible for managing and maintaining the integrity of End Point Assessment and providing positive experiences to the recipients of this service.


In this role you will be responsible for:

  • Working with our processes, systems and products and keep industry knowledge updated to get it 'right first time'
  • Driving service improvement and efficient ways of working
  • Collaborating with other departments and in line with regulatory requirements
  • Prioritising tasks, to ensure SLAs are met

We'd love to hear from you if you hold the following key skills and experience:

  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including good grammar and spelling
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrable skills and good knowledge of MS office or similar IT systems
  • Ability to work under pressure within a fastpaced environment

This role is office based therefore you will need to be within travel distance of Head Office.
