We are recruiting an enthusiastic and customer focused General Manager to lead the safe, efficient and high-quality operation of Ferry Leisure Centre. This is a key leadership role within a live operational environment with full accountability for compliance health & safety service delivery and commercial performance against contractual KPIs.Responsibilities
- Lead compliance health & safety and safeguarding across the site.
- Deliver operational performance in line with contract requirements and KPIs.
- Manage internal and external audits quality assurance processes.
