As a CNC Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining computer numerically controlled (CNC) machines to produce high-quality parts and components.

This is a crucial role in our manufacturing process, ensuring precision and efficiency in our production operations.


Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate CNC machines according to specifications
• Load materials into the machine and monitor the production process
• Adjust machine settings to ensure proper performance and accuracy
• Inspect finished products for quality and make necessary adjustments
• Troubleshoot issues that may arise during the production process
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow safety guidelines and protocols at all times

Experience:

To be successful in this role, you should have the following experience:

• Previous experience as a CNC Operator or similar role
• Strong knowledge of materials handling and warehouse operations
• Mechanical knowledge and ability to use hand tools effectively
• Basic mathematical skills for measurements and calculations
• Familiarity with CAD software and ability to read technical drawings
• Experience with assembly processes and techniques
• Preferred experience wuth Fanub and Mazatrol programming systems
