HR Compliance Officer

We're recruiting for a HR Compliance Officer to work alongside the People Team, reporting to the ER Business Partner, to support the business to ensure compliance with all external regulators in line with Safe Recruitment Guidelines.

Purpose of the HR Compliance Officer

Other responsibilities include:

  • Undertaking audit and compliance checks across Consensus services, ensuring compliance is appropriately documented and evidenced
  • Maintaining an uptodate system to monitor and audit HR files to ensure compliance ratings across Consensus services, including regular 'housekeeping' checks
  • Building and Generating compliance and KPI reports which may be required by the People Team and Quality Team
  • Overseeing and monitoring progress on new HR workflows/systems and reporting the findings to the People team
  • These duties are not exhaustive, and a full Role Profile is available on request._

The HR Compliance Officer will:

  • Have an understanding of Quality Assurance & ability to develop processes and audit tools
  • Have excellent communication skills verbal and written with good report writing, Word and Excel skills
  • Have a willingness to spend time in services, have an understanding of acceptable/good practice and ability to follow guidelines and policies.
  • Be willing and able to travel and visit services 4 days per week
  • Have strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Be able to deliver under pressure at pace.

We're looking for the following experience:

  • Experience of Experience of HR/Compliance Administration
  • Experience within health and social care sector (or related) sector.
