Software Developer

40-55K + Discretionary bonus

C#.Net, SQL, AWS/Azure

Remote role - once a month in Watford/Aberdeen/Chippenham based offices.

Can Provide sponsorship.
The Software Developer will be a hands-on developer as part of the.
NET Development team.

The Developer should have at least 2 years of experience within a commercial development team and will be called upon to deliver new implementations as well as supportingwith mentoring junior team members and knowledge sharing throughout the business.

Roles and responsibilities as the software developer

Championing process by following established processes and supporting their continual improvement.
Playing a key role in identifying and championing improvements in the areas of technology, process, and product
Planning and documenting technical specifications for features or system design
Writing testable, scalable and efficient code and conducting code reviews

Skills, Qualifications and Experience

Handson C#.NET, RESTful API, and web development experience
Knowledge of microservice architecture, API design,.Net Core and CI/CD
Experience working within cloud infrastructure preferably AWS
Understanding of architecture, design patterns and software engineering practices
Substantial experience with Agile and different software development methodologies
Organised and methodical, with keen attention to detail
Excellent communication skills
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
