Our client is a Framework approved, leading clinician led healthcare recruitment business based in London providing medical professionals, for short
- and long-term contracts throughout the UK utilising a global pipeline.


With over ten years' experience, passionate about quality and customer service, they now have a very strong foothold into the top NHS Trusts and Hospitals in the UK coupled with a great reputation of finding talent that others struggle to source.


They are looking for an experienced Business Development / Account Manager to work along with the sales teams and take responsibility for gaining more market share I existing accounts as well as opening new areas of business for within the healthcare sector.


Tracking and leading Master vendor tenders and presentations to enable a shift from a heavily contingency based business to winning new strategic contracts leading master vendor / supplier status.

Once business is secured, you will also wear a "Client Services"hat to ensure the line of communication to clients is seamless.

You will have a proven background in working with the healthcare sector or public sector which will include frameworks. It is essential that you understand the nuances of these frameworks and dealing with large public sector, government clients.


This is a great role where you can really add value to a business and play a big part of their strategic plans of growth and driving the business to the next level.
