    About the Role:

    • We are seeking a motivated Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our dynamic recruitment team.
    • You will be working closely with our high-performing team, managing live vacancies for various DBD projects and supply chain demands in both UK and overseas locations.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Developing Talent Pipelines: You will develop and maintain talent pipelines for key areas such as Engineering, Programme Delivery, Safety, and Digital.

    Candidate Sourcing: Actively source candidates through multiple recruitment platforms including LinkedIn Recruiter.

    Recruitment Process Management: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from the initial contact with candidates through to the offer stage and onboarding.

    Stakeholder Partnership: Partner with internal stakeholders to forecast future resource needs and ensure recruitment best practices are followed.

    Contribution to Key Initiatives: Contribute to DBD's key initiatives including driving referrals, DEI, graduate talent development, and more.
