Are you looking for your next challenge? We have an exciting opportunity for a talented individual to join us and help create and lead our Service Delivery Lead function.
You will use your skills to help mould and develop this new role and bring a Continuous Improvement ethos and culture to our teams.
Based in the Teaching Technology, Media and Event Support team, the role will be focused on leading and co-ordinating for IT Services key University activities, including: Clearing & Confirmation, Student Registration, Teaching and Exam Readiness.
The post holder will be responsible for developing and embedding KPIs and SLAs to control and manage service performance, quality, efficiency and continuous improvement across the operations of Teaching Technology, Media and Event Support to ensure service is delivered to meet the strategic aims of Digital Workplace and Education product areas.
This post will actively engage with IT Services Product Teams to ensure product roadmap alignment and continuous improvement of service activities.
The post holder will be the Service Evangelist working to promote the services offered by Teaching Technology, Media and Event Support through engagement with IT Services Business Relationship Managers and directly with the wider university to ensure the services are aligned with the University's strategic aims.
You will be able to demonstrate strong leadership and teamworking skills, combined with excellent communication and computer skills.
