Working as part of our Cities Project Leadership team you will work on a diverse range of exciting projects across the world, owning and managing project support and administrative activity, affording the engineering team maximum time and focus on the design of client solutions.


Key Duties

:


  • Supporting engineering teams in managing and delivering their projects by aiding with resource planning, financial planning, and management of projects.
  • Ensuring Quality Assurance and Health & Safety procedures are in place and information is issued, tracking and monitoring compliance.
  • Assist Project Directors and Leaders in preparing weekly and monthly progress reports to the client and support with monitoring and maintaining project finances as well as project information
  • RFI schedules, Client Comments, Correspondence logs, Watchlists, Technical Queries, Risk Registers, Change Logs etc.
  • Undertake travel coordination and booking flights, trains, and accommodation for engineering teams.
  • Undertake Document Control for the project as necessary.
  • Organise meetings, meeting rooms and facilities as needed, organising, and confirming attendance among relevant stakeholders.

Your Skills & Experience:

:


  • Capable of working in a multidiscipline environment delivering through the wider team (core engineers, architects, and client) and support on taking the lead on project coordination.
  • Ability to coordinate the delivery of projects specifically managing internal resources.
  • Proven numeracy skills and sufficient use of Excel.
  • Project management software experience such as MS Project or P
  • Document management software experience such as BIM360, Aconex, Sharepoint, Primavera.
  • Financial management software experience.
  • A qualification in APM, PMI, Prince2 Project Management qualification would be advantageous.
