Billing Team Leader - £45,000 - Central London

Are you an experienced and ambitious billings supervisor looking for a new role?

A highly regarded recruitment business, driven by an engaging Senior Leadership Team, now require a commercially astute and technically competent individual to support the next stage of their journey.

The business is an exceptionally well-respected, market leading consultancy who already have a strong foothold in their sector and are now looking to the future.

The role reports into an engaging billing manager and will oversee a small team and be responsible for the pay and bill process of a very busy fast paced department.

This is a key role and can offer you a really great opportunity to progress in an internationallyre-known business.

The role involves:

Managing a sizeable amount of weekly and monthly contractors through PAYE, Limited and Umbrella
Generating invoices to the clients
Requesting draw down of funds in time to reach the account before payments are due
Allocating purchase payments to purchase invoices
Setting up new contractors and suppliers on the system
Looking at ways to improve and develop the current systems

You will have 3-4 years experience of billing, ideally within a recruitment environment. You will have exceptional communication skills and be happy to manage and develop a small team.
