The Role
This role is working with Minster part of the STARK Group. We are a leading building materials distributor in Northern Europe. We connect suppliers of heavy building materials with the professional craftsmen who build, renovate, and maintain the cities oftomorrow.

You'll be working for Minster in Cardiff.

We supply materials for major infrastructure, housing, utilities and industrial/commercial development projects, ranging from insulation, drylining, fire protection, ceilings and facades.

But we are so much morethan just a materials distributor.

Internal Sales Executive with Minster will put the customer first, focusing on finding solutions for them and building trust.

You will be proactive, taking time to understand your customers. You'll also show resilience when thingsdon't go according to plan; being open to new ideas and happy to learn.

  • Proven experience in a customer focused/sales environment
  • Ability to communicate and influence
  • Ability to work within a team
  • Numerical aptitude
  • Knowledge of the industry preferred but not essential
  • Proficient MS Office skills

What will I be doing in the role?


Our Internal Sales Executive are important contributors to the performance of the business and to ensure our customers have a positive experience with us.

As part of an internal sales team, you will be expected to build relationships and develop sales opportunitieswith internal/external customers and suppliers.


To support our customers effectively you will:

  • Continuously look for opportunities to improve product and industry knowledge
  • Follow up quotes and process customer orders
  • Ensure that the branch is the best provider of customer service locally and nationally as defined by the customer
