A new opportunity has risen in Haringey for an experienced administrator to join Haringey Eating Disorders Service as Referrals Team Co-Ordinator.


You will be required to have proven experience of providing a high level of administrative and organisational support with a positive approach to change and service improvement.


We require excellent communication, skills both written and verbal organisational, time management skills, good interpersonal skills, the ability to motivate yourself & others and the ability to work alone or as part of a team and have a flexible approach to work.


As part of the role, you will be expected to undertake training and supervision of the administrative team and to work collaboratively with the Administration Manager to provide efficient and comprehensive administration support for the service.


  • The post holder will be responsible for ensuring the provision of an efficient, focused administrative service, supporting the achievement of the service and to organise and plan the work of administrative and secretarial services across the range of administrative functions that underpin the patient pathway.
  • Coordinate the administrative function within the teams to deliver an efficient and effective service that supports clinical service delivery, service management, service users and carers.
  • Responsible for ensuring compliance with Trust and local protocols for Data Protection, Health and Safety, Security and Fire Safety within the administration team.
  • The post holder will be required to use their initiative in all aspects of secretarial and clerical work to efficiently prioritise work and meet deadlines, as the service requires.
  • Coordinate the administrative function within the teams to deliver an efficient and effective service that supports clinical service delivery, service management, service users and carers.
