Operations Assistant:
As an Operations Assistant you'll be required to help the department understand and improve performance across a variety of areas, helping to manage, change and plan for the future in line with our business goals.
You'll need to support the implementation of projects or solutions to meet the business needs, whether that's through process change, provision of information, or development of internal systems.
Key responsibilities include:
Operational Delivery:
- Supporting the Operations department to deliver operational improvement across all areas of the business
- Understanding Insurer Rating and implementation within our internal systems, including implementing rating updates, and testing
- Assisting with all administration activities on internal and external portals and systems.
- Collation and distribution of MI & Reports daily / weekly / monthly
- Supporting the Ops department in all projects, where required
- Carrying out regular benchmarking reviews
- Seeking compliance signoff of activity
Marketing & Communications:
- Setting up and administering referral activity, including tracking and reporting
- Updating website content where required
- Monitoring company Reviews
- Managing campaign setup and administration on all portal(s) and systems
Development & IT:
- Supporting the Development and IT teams with new projects and rollouts, assisting with testing, coordinating, and communicating changes
Ad Hoc
- As required, involvement in any other area of the business where knowledge and skillset allows value to be added and delivery to be improved
Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent
Pay:
£25,000.00-£27,000.00 per year
