Hybrid Sales Progressor (1 day a week in Cheadle Office)

Day in the life as a Sales Progressor:

As a sales progressor you will be the backbone to the sales team, and ensuring you get sales completed on property developments within a 28-day period.
Approving sales and processing them into the system.
Responsible for providing an efficient and effective sales progression service to developers and ensuring everything is completed within the given timeframe.
Handling the transition from the sales team to after sales with the investor clients making everything as smooth as possible
Maintaining the pipeline progression working to the income projections.
Point of contact for purchasers and developers, whilst assisting with any queries they have along the way.
Liaising with solicitors throughout the property sale sand conveyancing process ensuring all parties are updated and sales progress within the relevant. timescales.

Sales Progressor Profile:

Experience as a sales progressor or relevant sales experience within property or estate agents or conveyancing would be desirable.
Working in a sales environment is essential for the role.
You may have been a sales coordinator or sales processor.
A background of managing portfolios with nonresidential properties would be an advantage.
Strong communication skills are essential as you will be communicating with people all day everyday ensuring the sale gets pushed over the line.
An advantage would be experience in conveyancing, but it is not essential

Benefits package:

A salary of up to £24,000 per annum DOE.
Great social hours of 9am5pm, with flexibility.
Hybrid working with 4 days a week from home available, with one day in the newly refurbished office.
20 days plus bank holidays.
25 holidays after 5 years of service plus bank holidays.
