We are looking to hire a bartender to work hours behind the bar across all 4 of our sites in Hindley, Wigan. You will be given your rota in advance so you know which site you are working and training for each site will be given.

Bartender

We are looking for a friendly and enthusiastic bartender to provide an excellent guest drinking experience across all 4 of our sites.

Good bartenders will be able to create classic and innovative drinks exceeding customers' needs and expectations.

YOU MUST BE ABLE TO WORK FRIDAY/SATURDAY.


Responsibilities

• Prepare alcohol or nonalcohol beverages
• Interact with customers, take orders and serve snacks and drinks
• Assess customers' needs and preferences and make recommendations
• Plan and present bar menu
• Check customers' identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age
• Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
• Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience
• Comply with all food and beverage regulations

Desired Experience & Education

• Previous experience as a bartender in a restaurant or bar a plus but not required
• Knowledge of alcohols, liquids, bars, and mixed drinks preferred but not required
• Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
• Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked, and clean

Job Type:
Part-time

Part-time hours: 15 per week


Salary:
£7.49-£10.42 per hour


Schedule:

• Every weekend
• Weekend availability
