Temp All Staffing Ltd are currently recruiting for Factory Operatives on behalf of our client, an independent supplier of high performance commercial Insulated Glass Units (IGU) and Fire Glass, who are currently seeking new team members to join them within their factory located in Witham.

The Role_

Handling, and moving glass as part of the manufacturing process.
Perform quality inspections of products to evaluate quality prior to delivery
Ensuring all production activities are monitored to minimise downtime and scrap levels.
Maintain effective communication with management and peers

Your Skills and Experience_

Manual handling, and the ability to work to tight deadlines.
Demonstrate an awareness of health & safety within the workplace
Ability to exercise initiative and independence, whilst also working as a team
Ability to follow both verbal and written instructions and keep accurate records
