NCGPA are looking for a lead Health and Well Being Coach to help support our growing team of coaches.


As a Lead Health and Wellbeing Coach, you will play a pivotal role in supporting and empowering a team of health and wellbeing coaches, while also taking charge of enhancing overall self-care, service quality, relationship building, service development, and securing funding opportunities.

Your primary objective will be to foster a collaborative and supportive environment that enables other coaches to thrive and deliver exceptional services to individuals seeking to improve their health and wellbeing.


Coach Development and Support:

Provide mentorship, guidance, and ongoing coaching to a team of health and wellbeing coaches, helping them enhance their coaching skills, motivational techniques, and client engagement strategies.


Self-Care Advocacy:

Promote the importance of self-care and stress management within the coaching team to ensure coaches maintain their own wellbeing and balance while delivering high-quality services.


Service Quality Enhancement:

Collaborate with the coaching team to continuously improve the effectiveness and impact of health and wellbeing services, leveraging data-driven insights and client feedback.


Relationship Building:

Cultivate positive relationships with clients, stakeholders, and other relevant professionals to strengthen the organization's network and create a supportive ecosystem for clients seeking support.


Service Development:

Identify opportunities for expanding and refining the range of health and wellbeing services offered, keeping abreast of industry trends, evidence-based practices, and client needs.


Individual Development:

Work with individual coaches to identify their strengths and areas for growth, create personalized development plans, and provide training opportunities to enhance their expertise.


Attract and Bid for Funding:

Lead efforts to attract funding opportunities and grants for health and wellbeing programs, developing compelling proposals and collaborating with relevant teams to secure necessary resources.


Nottingham City General Practice Alliance is a GP federation that operates to support, connect, and represent General Practices in Nottingham city.

We are the lead employer for Primary Care Network (PCN) staff, employing on behalf of our member PCNs. We are close to employing over 130 ARRS (Additional Role Re-imbursement Scheme) roles.
