Senior Commercial Insight Analyst - Manchester (Hybrid Working) - £40,000 - Education

Our client is a leading company that specialises in educational training, they are a growing company that has approximately 50,000 students per year.

Sitting within the Insight team you will be key to making data driven decisions to benefit students of the company while providing regular reporting and analytics on student behaviour to exterior teams, leading to influencing the design of products as wellas aiding the marketing.

Enabling development of commercial strategy through provision of management information
Aid decision making through MI reporting from marketingbased customer insight
Clear understanding of product as well as channel performance highlighting risks and opportunities
Provision of ad hoc customer insight support
Driving increases in customer retention as well as optimising potential of the customer relationship.

Responsibilities

Performing analysis enabling customer and product insight to develop the business strategy
Delivering product analysis and leading to recommendations to improve the company's product and offerings in relation to revenue
Managing the delivery of management information reporting on business KPI's
Creation of weekly budget based on historical performance
Comes from an Analytical background, ideally but not exclusive to within Marketing, Commercial, Product or Operations
Strongly numerate individual
2+ years experience within Insight
Experience using Power BI
Strong with SQL
Experienced with SAS (preferred)
Problem solving abilities
Strong in using Office especially Excel
