Fuel Forecourt & CCTV Monitoring Operator

This is a part-time role primarily fullfilling hours between 08:00 to 20:00 Saturday & Sunday.

This is an exciting opportunity that would interest existing forecourt retail operatives, providing the luxury of operating multiple fuel forecourts a primary remote Control Room setting.

From this setting you will be responsible for authorising fuel transactions, ensuring health & safety protocols are being maintained, system and operations integrity are maintained.

All sites are managed via remote CCTV, ANPR & Alarm triggers through to our centralised Control Room and software suites, to enable the operator full control over the unmanned forecourt operations and required range of capabilities for site with perimeter monitoring only.

Communication with customers is handled via remote communications systems, which negates the potential for unwanted face to face confrontation with unruly public, which is often a concern for many employees in a face to face retail setting....

As well as the operating of 50+ unmanned fuel forecourts, you will be security monitoring fuel depots and other commercial and residential properties.

This opportunity would suit anyone wanting to transition from a retail setting and who lives within close commute to centralised Control Room in Romford.

You will have attention to detail and an aptitude to execute procedures to a consistent professional high standard. Have excellent communication skills and demonstrably react calmly under pressure.

Full training is provided.

You will cross-train on all customer support and technical procedures in relation to the security services we provide as a company.
