Technical Tubes Ltd is a small family owned and managed business that has been established for over 55 years, providing Tube Bending, Fabrication and Sheelt Metal services to a wide number of blue chip comapnies.

Our work environment includes:

• Modern office setting
• MIG & TIG Welding
• Brazing & Soldering
• CNC Tube Bending up to 50mm OD
• Laser Cutting up to 12mm Steel
• CNC Brake Press
• CNC Milling
• CNC Machining
• Metal Polishing

Duties:

• Inspection of own work using technical drawings or CAD models
• Ensure workload is completed in a timely manner and to a high standard
• Use best & agreed procedures and safe & proper working methods
• General maintenance of equipment and factory
• MIG
• To assist in other areas of the shop floor as required

Experience:

• Previous experience as a fabricator/welder or similar role
• Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints and technical drawings
• Skilled in using welding equipment and techniques (MIG, TIG, ARC)
• Knowledge of different types of metals and their properties
• Ability to work independently and follow instructions accurately
• Strong attention to detail and quality craftsmanship

Responsibilities:

• Receive and process incoming stock and materials
• Pick and pack orders for shipment
• Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, and RF scanners
• Perform inventory control and stock replenishment
• Maintain a clean and organized work area

Skills:

• Experience with inventory management systems (Full Training Provided)
• Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks
• Mechanical knowledge to operate warehouse equipment safely
• Attention to detail for accurate picking, packing, and labeling of products
• Strong communication skills to collaborate with team members effectively

£11.00-£12.00 per hour
