£40,000 - £45,000 per annum (Permanent):
Leeds:
Responsibilities of the Building Surveyor may include:
- Contract administration
- Dilapidations
- Carry out surveys
- Party wall matters
- Preparation of Schedules of Work and Specifications
- Ensure all works conform to the latest regulations and technical standards
- Client management
- Analyse and report on building defects
Requirements of the Building Surveyor:
- BSc (Hon's) Building Surveying RICS Accredited degree or similar.
- MRICS or approaching chartership
- Consultancy experience is essential for this role
- High level of commercial awareness
- Experience of managing existing and new clients
