Customer Service Representatives - Connection Services (37 hours)Location:
ScottishPower House, 320 St Vincent Street, Glasgow, G2 5AD
Starting salary £23,120 per annum + Benefits
8:30am - 4:45pm, Monday to Friday
Hybrid working (3 days in office, 2 days home working), after successful completion of probationary period

You'll be providing business support in all activities relating to Customer connections including the CIC & acceptance process, operation & maintenance of Registration Systems & capacity records, operation of Data transfer Network processes, assisting in the complaint process as well as preparing management reporting.
You'll be working 8:30am - 4:45pm, Monday to Friday, initially office based at our Glasgow HQ, with the option of hybrid working after successful completion of a 6-month probationary period.

The Customer journey will be at the heart of everything you do, paying close attention to the customer's needs and striving to create a positive customer experience.
You could also be making outbound calls, following up on design quotations sent by our designers for new or altered power supply connections, ensuring that customers understand and are comfortable with the quotation, discussing next steps and liaising with Design Engineers if there are any changes required.
Here, you would also support customers with the post quotation payment and acceptance process, ensuring that quotations are paid and accepted within a timely manner.
These calls will be a point to confirm customers have had a positive experience and rate us 10/10 or to gather information if the journey has not been at this level, escalating to the designer/ Team Leader.
- What you'll bring_
We will look for you to have customer service experience, with experience of handling both inbound and outbound calls preferable and be competent in the use of Microsoft Office software, including Excel.
An effective communicator, you should have the ability to understand and anticipate the customer's needs and will have a passion for helping others, to ensure all aspects of the customer journey are positive.
You will also have the ability to escalate issues when required, where the customer is not 100% happy, will thrive working in a fast-paced environment and have good attention to detail.
