We are a leading UK-based safety footwear company dedicated to providing high-quality safety solutions for various industries since 1955.

We're proud of our heritage, having manufactured the first leather fire boot to be tested to UK safety standards and continue to innovate with market leading products, including our primary brand, Tuffking.

Due to continued international growth, we are relocating to larger premises in Swindon and we are seeking two dedicated warehouse operatives to join our team.


Your duties will include:

  • Supporting the Warehouse Manager in the setup and organisation of the warehouse from scratch
  • Accurately picking and packing customer orders in a timely manner
  • Ensuring the correct labelling and documentation for all outgoing orders
  • Receiving delivery of, and organising the incoming stock
  • Performing regular stock checks and maintaining accurate inventory records
  • Ensuring proper storage and handling of products to prevent damage
  • Contributing ideas for continuous improvement
  • Working collaboratively with the other warehouse operative
  • Safely operating warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks.
  • Maintaining a clean and organised warehouse environment
  • Following procedures and organisational systems for efficient storage
To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous warehouse experience is preferred
  • Good teamworking skills
  • Ability to read picking notes and able to record information accurately when required
  • GCSE or equivalent in Maths and English preferred
  • Positive attitude and pride in doing a job well.
  • Ability to make suggestions to improve warehouse procedures
  • Reliable and punctual
Full-time working hours will be Monday to Friday 8am to 4.30pm. There is also a part-time position available (either 3 x full days or 5 x short days). This role will be based at our new site in Kembrey Park, which is easily accessible by public transport.
