Primary purpose of position
To provide comprehensive customer service support to the company's customer base


Main duties and responsibilities

  • Liaise with customers regarding delivery expectations
  • Complete customer open order books and return within a timely manner
  • Communication with production cells to ensure the feedback we are giving customers is most accurate
  • Coordinate requested shipments with sales and logistics department
  • Effective liaison with all internal departments within Glenair
  • Perform related job duties as required around the department
  • Cover for colleagues within the department as and when required
  • Any other duties and ad hoc project work as and when required
  • Willingness to participate in and contribute to Continuous Improvement activities

Person specification

  • Experience in Microsoft Office packages including AX
  • Experience in data inputting and processing
  • Working in a fast paced environment
  • Ability to work as a team
  • GCSE In Maths and English
