Training Administrator (Inside IR35)**

To work with the Training Manager supporting The Leadership Development Academy Programme being delivered across the organisation at all levels.

As a Training Administrator
your main responsibilities would be:
- Management of the Leadership Development Programme (LDP) Southern Inbox.
- Working with the Network Rail Training Programme Manager and Southern LDP Programme Manager to populate the delegate lists for the Leadership Foundation Courses and the Microskills.
- Sending Outlook invitations to the nominated delegates.
- Working with the Network Rail Planner to build the courses on Oracle/Cygnum.
- Making changes to the courses and offering alternative dates to delegates who are unable to attend, then working with Southern to identify replacement delegates and inviting them as above.
- Registering delegates with the Institute of Leadership and Management (TILM).
- Providing The Network Rail Training Programme Manager with reporting information such as who has attended and who has declined for inclusion in the executive reporting pack.
- Liaising with James Forbes House staff (security, reception, IT and building coordinator) when required to coordinate delegate and facilitator attendance registers, report any building and IT issues, and facilitate the receipt of training material
- Southern Academy Single Point of Contact.
- Liaising with the facilitators to ensure a smooth delivery of the programme i.e adequate resources such a flip charts and stationery are available.
- Providing 'meet and greet' activities to the delegates on arrival at the Southern Academy, James Forbes House.
- Act as the First Aid representative for the Southern Academy, James Forbes House
Essential experience
***- Be able to communicate effectively and clearly to customers and wider team.
- Good Computer Skills
- Good with Microsoft office i.e., Word, Excel, Outlook ,MS Teams
- Ability to pick up new skills and processes as and when needed.
- Adapt to changes in processes.
Desirables
- First Aid qualified.
