Job description:

The team is beginning an exciting new chapter, with additional roles created in CEOC to support an expanded remit and the continuation of a high-quality service to the Chief Executive and Chair - enabling the delivery of great homes and thriving communities.

CEOC works at pace and often under pressure - every day is different, with new challenges and priorities to progress.

At the centre of the office's success is strong internal and external relationships and a focus on making things happen.

This is a rare chance to support the Homes England leadership in shaping the future in a fast growing, national organisation with real social purpose.

Working with key stakeholders and within the dynamic Strategy, Research and Analysis and Sponsorship Unit, you will be part of the big picture and the have the opportunity to understand and influence how we get things done.

That means triaging and juggling priorities, so you will be used to "spinning several plates" at once and will always be looking for ways to improve and innovate.

You'll be comfortable supporting senior leaders with complex strategic and operational issues, aiming to deliver effective support.

You will be insightful and ahead of the game in anticipating what's needed and ensuring you get that before its asked for.

Delivering on a mission as bold as ours isn't always easy.

You will be resilient and comfortable managing stakeholders at a senior level and your discussions will always be shaped by a good understanding of the political, commercial and people impact of what we do as the CEOC team.

You will enjoy working in an innovative and engaging way and be able to negotiate and persuade.
