Resellers represent our largest route to market, delivering more than half of our business-to-business ARR for both our Creative and Document cloud solutions.

The challenge

As Adobe continues to invest in new solutions, we have unrivaled ambition to continue to grow our Reseller sourced ARR.

As the Reseller Channels Sales Leader, you will be leader of a team responsible for delivering this growth


What you'll do:

Define and execute our reseller channel strategy across EMEA, including assessment and evaluation of our partner ecosystem; our go-to-market model and our sales alignment strategies - driving growth in new and existing customers


Lead a team Reseller Channel Account Managers (CAMs) to achieve high performance in a culture of excellence through the building of an inclusive and collaborative culture.

The team is geographically diverse so requires strong management and leadership skills to maintain their positive sentiments of team and of belonging.


Manage day-to day operational requirements of the team - ensuring accurate coverage and resource alignment, serving as the go-to point for reseller partner concerns.

Interact extensively with senior stakeholders within partners, nurturing and driving relationships at C-level.

Support joint sales pursuit activities including field level account mappings, and deal closure assistance with our direct sales teams.

Produce a weekly, insightful sales forecast which will best represent the reseller quarterly new Business and customer retention attainment.


Your success will be measured by:

Owning the Reseller Channel Plan:
Collaborating with sales, channel, and financial leadership to develop a robust European channel GTM model and business plan.

Driving performance & growth - inclusive of overall partner pipeline and revenue contributions.

Developing skills within the team - to reflect the changing requirements of Adobe's business and our Partner ecosystem.


Leading the team to encourage, engage, enable and empower Adobe channel partners to accurately position Adobe Value Propositions to drive sales; accelerating our business at scale.

What you need to succeed

Channel or sales leadership experience in the UK / European markets with a consistent record of success.

A proven record of working within a distributed and matrix environment, including significant influencing and collaboration skills.


A high of level of passion, energy and excitement for the channel business and motivation to excite others, with a focused attitude, strong EQ and situational flexibility.

Strong cross-functional leadership and excellent communications skills to drive consensus across groups both internally and within partner organisations.

A passionate enabler & mentor of individuals and teams to build lasting organisational capability across the entire customer/partner journey. You will have a highly developed drive for continuous learning and feedback to improve team and individual performance.

Entrepreneurial thinker, capable of crafting plans for own area of responsibility (resources, activities, risk assessment)
