Job purpose/ key responsibilities:
We are currently recruiting for an Endoscopy Product Administrator within our Customer Care Team.

You will have experience in a similar role and will be joining a highly motivated and dynamic team based in Bellshill, Glasgow with strong links to our Southend Endoscopy Service Centre.

Daily Responsibilities
-
Stock Management_

  • Use SAP and liaise with the endoscopy management team on appropriate consumable stock levels to meet customer needs.
  • Define min/max stock holding and review negative stock reports to procure product to meet customer delivery dates and to attain an on time in full (OTIF) delivery of >95%.
  • Escalation of any requests for additional stock requirements to management.
  • Create Purchase orders, provide all administration with suppliers for new stock acquisition.
  • Liaise with suppliers to understand delivery timelines and ensure SAP pricing is up to date for endoscopy items.
  • Understanding and adherence to 5S principles.

Pick and Pack 3rd Party Suppliers_

  • Ensure 3rd Party Sales Orders (predominantly endoscopy) are correctly set up and delivered to meet OTIF delivery date.
  • Review and maintenance of work instructions and system set up process documentation.
  • Sharing of knowledge to ensure best practices are understood and shared.
  • Delivery notes signed by picker and peer check by colleague.
  • All deliveries, boxed and sealed with delivery note attached, passed to GIGO for shipping.
  • Despatch activities to be added under BP for deliveries.
  • Proactive communication to Account Managers and CC Support colleague where OTIF delivery cannot be achieved.
  • SAP stock movement to 100% reflect physical locations
  • Back up provided by CCT

Customer Support_

  • Build up product knowledge relevant to customer requirements.
  • Understanding of corporate veterinary account relationships, processes and workflows.
  • Sales order checking to ensure order values match customer purchase orders and to ensure efficient order processing through to invoice generation
  • Conduit between the customer and IMV imaging, take ownership of issues and ensure close out of each issue by relevant IMV person
  • Build relationships with customers and support them by providing solutions to their issues or requirements.
  • Business Partner creation and upkeep.
  • Liaise with AM team as required to ensure customer receive their Applications and Installation training.

Education/ experience

  • Purchasing and stock management experience preferably within a technical environment.
  • SAP process knowledge and development
  • Understanding of 5S working principles
  • Technical knowledge on products, provide solutions to issues
  • Knowledge of diagnostic imaging equipment would be desirable
  • Good IT skills with proficiency in Microsoft office suite.
  • Experience working in the veterinary industry would be advantageous but not essential.

Salary:
Up to £30,000.00 per year
