Description
OnLogistics have an exciting opportunity to join the team as an administrator.


Duties:


  • Deal with all queries including quotations, POD requests, ETA requests
  • Record and process all claims through to resolution
  • Advise customers of adverse conditions that may affect our supply base to fulfil their obligations e.g., poor weather or driver shortages
  • Manage customer relationships, ensuring that communication is good, and issues are highlighted and dealt with quickly and appropriately
  • Obtain, record and process invoices from our range of suppliers, completing bulk job uploads for customers using nodirect input into our inhouse system 'Coda Commerce'
  • Actively manage carrier service level reports in real time, ensuring all issues are raise and reported.
  • Ensure all parcel service return goods are managed and sent to back to the customer.
  • Keeping an accurate record of the data, dates and reason for return.
  • Manage administration relating to warehouse activity for key clients
  • Assist with other ad hoc tasks relating to the wider business

Skills and Experience:

  • Strong clerical skills
  • Able to coordinate projects and multitask effectively
  • Able to work in a fastpaced environment with changing priorities
  • Detail oriented and organised
  • Effective communicator
  • Be able to handle tasks autonomously
  • Some previous administrative experience
  • Experience in the Transport or Logistics sectors is advantageous
