Property Management Assistant

Made Easy is a growing leader in property management services. We provide management for properties (blocks of flats) in London with four developments under our portfolio so far.
As a
Property Management Assistant, you play a direct role in customer service and management of procuring quotes, arranging maintenance works, carrying out site reports (once a month) and office administration.

You must:
- Have SOME knowledge the operations involved in block management.
- Be execute tasks efficiently
- Be reliable and able to progress
- MUST have accountancy experience and qualifications
Duties:

Manage schedule according to facility schedule when operating hours:
- Proactive management of response when issues or concerns are reported Follow up on all issues or concerns.
- Support the director in daily tasks and duties
- Submit VAT, Tax returns and prepare accountancy documents
- You must be able to advise and lead the team in the right direction using your skills and experience
- You must be able to work between two departments and carry out duties as requested
- You must be able to carry out handover once properties are sold (induction will be provided)
Salary:
£16.50-£20.00 per hour
