Purchase Ledger Clerk to provide short term support to the department.
With the full support of the company's Financial Controller, in this role will be supporting the business with the full scope of the purchase ledger process.
Please note:
This opportunity is based on a temporary basis.
What we need from you?
- Full responsibility for the maintenance and administration of the
purchase ledger. - Coordinate purchase ledger processes and posting purchase invoices accurately.
- Create supplier payment runs on the system within a given cash limit.
- Raise payment runs and ad hoc company payments for authorisation via online banking.
- Petty cash and cheque book governance, ensuring payments made are posted to the system accurately.
- Purchase ledger experience within a similar role
