HR Advisor - Belfast

The Resolute Group are working closely with a national consultancy offering multi sector services across various sectors including Infrastructure, Construction, Healthcare, Environmental and Engineering services.

Salary:
£38,000 - £42,000 basic + Package

Location:
Belfast

Role Description:

This is an exciting opportunity for a HR advisor to join a national consultancy working across Ireland and the UK.

Working with key stakeholders and line managers, you will provide effective and accurate HR advice, ensuring guidance aligns with employmentlaw.

You will be supporting the development of HR policies, in addition to supporting and guiding managers with end-to-end case management.

Building effective relationships with key stakeholders is key in this role, allowing you to establish yourself as a credibleadvisor.

In addition, you will produce monthly HR reports, support change initiatives, and work closely with HR Business partners to provide commercially focused advice.

If you have strong experience as a HR advisor with demonstrable experience delivering strategic projects and change within complex and demanding environments, this would be an ideal opportunity for you.

With the role being a hybrid working model you willbe in the office 2-3 days per week and then working from home 2-3 days per week.

Required Experience:

HR qualification, ideally CIPD level 5 or working towards it.
Experience as a HR Advisor in a large corporate environment.
Full UK driving licence as travel is a requirement in this role to various offices and sites.
