We have a fantastic opportunity for another resource planner to join our growing team in Telford.
Corb Ltd are a Facilities Maintenance company, carrying out planned and reactive maintenance with commercial and retail clients across the UK

The required hours would be Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm with a 45 minute unpaid break and a potential opportunities for paid overtime.
You would also be required to be part of an admin on call rota for emergency calls, where a standby fee would be payable on top of the salary.
Role responsibilities would include:
- Updating Client Portals with work order notes
- Creating jobsheets for clients on job management system
- Support Helpdesk with analysing completed work orders and progressing onto relevant status'
- Reviewing and ordering parts if required
- Pulling reports on Open Work Orders and cleansing the system of unfinished/finished jobs
- Call Subcontractors for updates on assigned jobs
- Review and assign unallocated jobs to applicable engineers/subcontractors
Skills required:
- General I.T. skills including Microsoft Office packages
- The ability to multitask effectively
- Organised with a keen eye for detail
Qualities required:
- The ability to meet deadlines and work within a high pressure environment
- Selfdriven, decisive & highly motivated
- To work well both within a diverse team and by yourself
- A positive and innovative approach to processes
