Description
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers. Your role is crucial in ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining positive relationships with our clients.


Duties:


  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients in person
  • Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and requests in a professional and timely manner
  • Up sell products and services to customers when appropriate
  • Communicate with customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions
  • Analyse customer interactions to identify areas for improvement in service quality

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to analyse customer needs and provide effective solutions
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
