Description
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers. Your role is crucial in ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining positive relationships with our clients.Duties:
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients in person
- Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and requests in a professional and timely manner
- Up sell products and services to customers when appropriate
- Communicate with customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Analyse customer interactions to identify areas for improvement in service quality
Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyse customer needs and provide effective solutions
- Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
