THis is a permanent role from day one and is NOT an agency assignment.

This role will require flexibility due to the nature of the business, so will involve working 6am-2pm/2pm-10pm Monday to Friday.

There may also be some flexibility required in terms of over time.

Our client are looking for an experienced Team Leader ideally from a production background to join the team. This role includes checking for imperfections, reporting them, use of machinery and working to deadlines.

Requirements:

Ability to learn quickly and willingness to work efficiently and a drive to improve continuously
Good communication skills
Good time management skills
An ability to work on your own initiative
The ability to adapt to changes and work under pressure
To work well as a part of a team and communicate with other workers
Positive, "can do" attitude is crucial
Have technical knowledge of running/setting machinery.
Textile Experience (desirable).

Essential:

Good level of numeracy, literacy and general education
Basic Computer knowledge
Good level of written and spoken English
A great eye for detail
Supervisory/Team Leadership experience
