Job Description:


Responsibilities:

• Assist in the daily operations of the cafe, including food preparation, serving customers, and cleaning.
• Ensure all food and beverages are prepared and served to a high standard.
• Handle customer orders and queries in a friendly and professional manner.
• Always maintain a clean and tidy environment in the cafe.
• Assist in managing inventory and restocking supplies as needed.
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
• Support the Cafe Supervisor and other team members as required.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a cafe or similar food service environment would be an advantage, but not essential as training will be provided.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work well in a team.
• Basic knowledge of food preparation and hygiene.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
• ESSENTIAL Level 2 qualification in Food Safety
