Fire Plus Security is a growing independent business based in South West London and we're now looking for a full time Operations Administrator to join our Central London office. You will be joining us on a key project in a dedicated team - ensuring we uphold both our standards and relationship with this highly reputable client.


As our Administrator, you will be part of a wider Operations team whose purpose is to empower our Directors and Engineers in delivering a premium service through attentive administrative support.


As our ideal Administrator, you will:

  • Have had experience in an administrative position in a Fire Safety or Security business.
  • Understand the challenge of balancing reactive and planned maintenance and the coordination and communication required to ensure Senior Management, Engineers and the Client are both informed and consulted when necessary.
  • Have IT proficiency and be a confident user of Microsoft Office & Google Suite software. Experience with SimPRO, Xero and PeopleHR (Access) would be highly advantageous.
  • Act with integrity. You'll know how to do things right, but more importantly know when to do the right thing.
  • Have excellent communication skills composing yourself with maturity and respect for all.
  • Be astute, resourceful and have an excellent attention to detail.


Given the scope and scale of this project, this position will be based at our 'on site' office in Central London.

With our main Admin team based at our Head office in SW19, this Central location will act as a hub for our Engineers and Senior team who will be working across our client's estate.

You role will be pivotal as both Ambassador and first point of contact with our client, meaning you will be closest to the heart of the activity and key in maintaining relations.
