Corporate Transactions Associate - London

An opportunity for a Corporate Solicitor to join a leading Top 10 International firm has opened within its renowned Corporate department in London.

Due to the nature of the firm's international status, there will be a variety of cross border work across various sectors with noteworthy exposure to major international clients.

Role responsibilities:

Mergers & Acquisitions
Private Equity
General Corporate advisory work
Developing professional client relationships

To meet the needs of the role you need to have good communication and consultancy skills, excellent drafting skills and the ability to translate legal theory into practical advice.

The ideal Solicitor has 3+ years' PQE in a recognised transactional law firm with good M&A exposure, international experience is also preferred.
