Job Title:
Optical Sales Order Processor
Department:
Customer Services
Full Time: 37.5 hours per week; Monday to Friday 9am-5pm
with a 30 minute break for lunch (unpaid)
Main Duties:
The key responsibilities of this role will be to provide office support, inclusive of:
- Taking telephone orders and enquiries.
- Entering and amending sales orders accurately on to the system.
- Liaising with customers to resolve any queries.
- Arranging collections from customers with the designated couriers.
- Producing packing lists, labels, and other administrative documents.
- Dealing with external customers and internal colleagues to solve ordering issues.
- Optical experience would be advantage however, not essential.
- Making regular contact with customers through outbound calls.
- Any other duties commensurate with the role.
- General office administration.
