Our client, a leading Freight Forwarding company based in Felixstowe, is currently seeking to appoint a Customer Service Executive to join their successful team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Customer Service driven, and commercially aware individualwho is looking to develop their career within the shipping & logistics industry.


Key Duties & Responsibilities:

  • To serve clients professionally and efficiently.
  • To liaise with all key operational parties.
  • To actively contribute to and support all sales/commercial activities.
  • To process operational and commercial documentation in accordance with established procedures and standards.
  • To understand the file accrual / provisioning process
  • To undertake all tasks & functions in accordance with Company Policies, Practices and Standards.
