Sonomatic are looking to recruit a Site Supervisor to join the team at Grangemouth.


Overview of Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the running the operational requirements within the PetroIneos site. If there is insufficient work within the site, you may be required to work on other projects and locations, this will be infrequent and only if operations require it.
    Responsible for planning and coordinating all NDT work on site. Ensuring all procedures are correct, communicated and understood by those involved.
    Liaise with all clients for regular updates on their work, prioritising it as best suits the clients and Sonomatic.

  • Communicating status of the scopes on a daily basis so client is aware at all times of any delays, concerns and progress.
  • Manage all timesheets, WOMs, RIMes and any paperwork deemed necessary by Sonomatic or our client.
  • Responsible for all aspects of each project to ensuring the safe and effective completion of work on time and to agreed quality standards.
  • Reporting of base matters to the Site/Regional Managers on a regular and as required basis. Ensure all paperwork is completed correctly and follows the work process systems.
  • Responsible for ensuring all work scopes and Job Pack preparation are completed accurately and to predetermined times and standards.
  • Overview of manning and resources through communication with other depts. and the Regional Manager.
  • Direct communication with Site Manager and client regarding work planning and work scheduling of daily operational requirements, reporting any issues that will affect the safety or the quality of the employees and work produced.
  • Ensure site compliance with UKAS requirements re, equipment calibration status, personnel
  • Manage competence from reporting in a timely manner.

Qualifications

Essential

:


  • MPI PCN Level 2 certificate.
  • DPI PCN Level 2 certificate.
  • UT/Rad PCN Level 2 certificate.

Experience

Essential

:


  • Knowledge of Grangemouth site
  • Knowledge of PI processes and procedures

Desirable

:


  • Minimum 5 years' experience working in a similar role
