A Trade Marketing Manager is needed to join a market leading supplier of garden products, based in Oxfordshire.

Expect an exciting hands-on role, creating and implementing a marketing plan, that covers catalogues, packaging, merchandising, exhibitions, website,presentations, promotional activity and much more.


Hybrid Working Options are available. It is expected that you will attend the office in Abingdon at least three days a week.


This leading supplier operates in the UK and Europe, supplying a wide range of customers including garden centres, retailers and mail order companies.

They are renowned for giving customers a broad product choice, outstanding service, constant innovationand profitable growth.

Due to continued success, they are now seeking a Trade Marketing Manager to play a key role ensuring all trade activity is relevant, delivers on brand growth aspirations whilst helping to identify sales opportunities.


Working closely with the Director (Category Management), the Trade Marketing Manager will be responsible for driving sales through devising and implementing innovative and creative activity for trade customers, whilst maintaining brand personality and values.

Whether you are coordinating tradeshows, creating catalogues and promotional literature, managing photoshoots & videos, managing all social media channels, creating sales literature, or controlling marketing budgets, it will be your excellent communicationskills that ensure brand consistency and evolution.

To qualify...

You could be a Trade Marketing Manager / Marketing Manager / Sales Manager / Business Development Manager / Sales and Marketing Manager / Shopper Marketing Manager / Retail Marketing Manager / Brand Marketing Manager or similar with a CV thatdemonstrates:


  • Experience in a similar B2B / Trade Marketing role.
  • Experience with creating catalogues and coordinating tradeshows.
  • Excellent written & verbal communication essential.
  • You must be highly computer literate, with good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Power Point and Word);
  • Keen attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
