Customer Success Manager - Fintech

Exciting opportunity to join a well funded Fintech / SaaS business in their customer success department. Business is a tech solution in invoice funding.

  • Must have experience of customer success role
  • Must have experience in financial services
  • Must have experience in tech /saas
  • Ideally worked with SME's
You will onboard customer, demo solution, process requests, liaise with customers, work with internal teams, recommend improvements.

You are a natural communicator, able to handle pressure, solve problems, challenge convention, but compliant where needed.

2 days WFH / 3 days office. You must be willing to work 3 days in London.


Salary:
£40,000.00-£52,500.00 per year
