What is the Energy Transition and Utilities Accelerate Programme Pathway?:
**The Energy Transition & Utilities pathway of the Accelerate programme is designed for talented graduates passionate about supporting clients in their transformations across areas such as Nuclear, Water, Energy Retail, Energy Distribution & Transmission, and Energy Transition. We deliver sustainable change focussing on the future of our clients, creating business value through newly designed solutions.

**The Accelerate Programme consists of 2 parts: -
The Institute (circa 3 months):

  • **The Academy (circa 18 months)
**Your first 3 months of the Accelerate Programme will be spent within The Institute, where you will learn core consulting skills and gain a broad understanding of everything we do at Capgemini Invent within a feed-back rich environment.

Following your time in The Institute, you will join the Energy Transition & Utilities Academy. Please refer to the relevant entry route webpage
further details on team structure and information on alignment with your skills and interests.

This intake is for a September, Glasgow only position.


The Focus of Your Role:

**As an Associate Consultant you will embark on a stimulating and exciting journey where you will develop key skills that influence how our clients evolve the way they work, perform, and achieve their goals. You'll have the opportunity to work on a large variety of initiatives, from large scale transformation programmes to smaller scale advisory assignments. You will ensure the smooth delivery of end-to-end projects by working flexibly, demonstrating intellectual capability, and delivering innovative solutions for clients.

Through to delivering workshops and collaboratively working in cross-functional teams to drive continuous business performance improvement.

What you will need:

A natural curiosity in Energy Transition & Utilities and how the sector will impact our future economies and communities as we strive for carbon neutrality:


  • A passion for making a real impact with the companies that comprise our critical infrastructure, and keep the lights on:

A desire to work with organisations to drive operational efficiency and customer experience improvements for their employees and customers:

  • **Familiarity with concepts and/or practical experience relating to digital transformation technologies

Note:

You will have lived in the UK for the last 3 years with no more than 6 consecutive month residence outside the UK (in order to meet security clearance requirements).**
