IT Desktop Support Engineer - 2nd line - Citrix - Southampton

IT Desktop Support Engineer / IT Support Engineer with strong 2nd line IT support experience including Citrix, Azure AD, and MS365, is required by a leading company in Southampton


Experience required:

  • Strong experience in 2nd line IT support, looking to move to 3rd line
  • Experience in Citrix environment
  • Office 365, Active Directory, Windows 10, SharePoint, Teams, InTune, etc
  • Hardware support experience, including PCs, laptops and printers
  • Basic networking skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • You will confident working in a very busy IT environment alongside another 2nd line IT Support colleague (part of a wider IT team)
  • Southampton has over 300 users requiring frequent deskside support so you will have great interpersonal skills
  • You will be proactive and look up resolutions for a first time fix rather than escalating, whenever possible
  • Ability to help with documentation would be a bonus
My client is looking to pay between £33,000 - £38,000 + Benefits
